These terms apply to all orders placed with Fleurè. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. As our products are fresh and seasonal, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look and feel of your order.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatch.
Delivery & collection
Same-day delivery is available across Bradford on orders placed before 4pm. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Free collection is available from our store.
Cancellations & refunds
As flowers are perishable and often made to order, please contact us as soon as possible to amend or cancel an order. If you are unhappy with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to put it right.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
